With a humble beginning in 1973, MMC Building was founded by Mounir Mansour, who started with nothing but a vision and determination. Mounir, having grown up with limited means, worked tirelessly to build his first home by hand, hiring a few friends and managing to gather investments and savings. This marked the beginning of MMC's journey towards excellence in construction.

Over the years, MMC has evolved into a luxury construction company, focusing on Quality, Creativity, and Trust in every project.

Mounir Mansour always emphasized that these core values are what set MMC apart from other companies. While many developers focus solely on profits and often eliminate transparency with their customers, Mounir believed that being honest and building trust with clients is the number one priority in the company.

With a portfolio spanning over 70 custom homes ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 sqft, MMC has also undertaken diverse projects including schools (up to 50,000 sqft), corporate offices (up to 15,000 sqft), medical clinics for NGOs, churches, private chalets, restaurants, and more.

Currently, MMC is engaged in building a 24-unit complex featuring a private gym, secure entrances, and modern amenities.
